Job Description

• Title : Factory/Plant Manager.
• In charge of Wire and Steel Nails production factory.
• Watch and organize daily operations of manufacturing.
• Oversee employees, production and efficiency.
• Ensure plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.
• To achieve of daily production targets.
• Material requests and coordination with purchase department.
• Coordination with sales department.
• Quality Control.
• Report to GM

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Industrial or related field.
• Technical background in the field is a must.
• Previous experience as similar position is a must.

Duty Hours

• Saturday to Thursday, 7:00am to 6:00pm
• If any additional hours required occasionally, they will be considered in the bonus.

• 500 to 1500 OMR based on portfolio and experience.
