Objectives
The main objective of this Organization is to function as a State Government Recruiting Agent of Indian Man Power for employment abroad in a safe, secured and legal manner with following tasks :-
- To make excellent rapport with foreign missions and emigration authorities.
- To prepare Skill wise & Trade wise data bank of personnel/ professionals.
- To identify countries and industries which have good employment potential and the sectors for employment such as hospitality, travel & tourism, healthcare, oil & gas, steel, renewable energy and construction industry.
- To facilitate authentication / attestation of certificates for Visa etc.
- To prepare Data base of foreign employers and their demand duly accredited by Indian Embassies/ Indian Missions.
- To arrange/facilitate Skill Up-gradation and Training programmes for overseas job seekers including trade and skill testing facilities.
- To encourage foreign employers to set up training institutions / to organize capacity building and up gradation programme in Uttar Pradesh.
- To organize regular foreign employers meet to cater demand of man power for Overseas Employment.
- To organize pre-departure orientation programmes.
- To facilitate arranging the Trade Testing facility in Govt. or leading private institutions.
- To undertake awareness campaign for available skill up-gradation programmes.
- To obtain regular feedback from the placed migrants and their family about welfare and working & living conditions.
- To facilitate emigration clearance from POE/MEA as per the provisions of the Emigration Act.
It will be the endevour of Uttar Pradesh Financial Corporation, the State Govt. Recruiting Agency, to ensure safe, secure and legal recruitment of the employees with hassle free process. The efforts will also be made to arrange to provide overseas employment to maximum number of persons from the State of U.P.
