Vision

The State Government of Uttar Pradesh realized the multiple advantage in meeting this demand of man power at various functional level. More personnel working abroad would mean greater inflow of foreign exchange, improvement in quality of life of the families of such person and a step towards solving ever growing unemployment problem.

Further, in view of large number of overseas employees from State of Uttar Pradesh in ECR countries and large number of complaints of exploitation and harassment by some of private agents and by some foreign employers, it has become necessary and also on insistence of MEA, the State Government has decided to start work of Recruiting Agent and appointed Uttar Pradesh Financial Corporation to work as Sate Government Recruiting Agent for Overseas Employment.
